I went shopping on the Bathandbodyworks.com website recently, and was a little nervous to go ahead and try the 100% pure line being that they did not carry this in any Bath and Body Works physical store. I decided to go ahead and order a few different flavors based on their reviews on their website, but a couple had no reviews and so I was blindly ordering. What made my decision was that they allow you to return orders you order online to the physical stores. I have a few in my area, so that would be easy to do if I didn’t like them. In fact, it would be easier than packaging them back up and spending whopping shipping fees.

The price was a little more than I like to spend, but I get coupons in my inbox (I signed up for their e-mails) or I google coupon codes and get shipping free or discounted or a discount on a certain amount spent and so on. This makes the cost of 17$ per bottle more feasible (it’s $17 for 7.5 ounces).

I went ahead and ordered the White Chocolate scent, the Mocha scent, Coconut and Vanilla Bean. I thought I would love the White Chocolate most and mocha second because of the rave reviews online. I found out that I didn’t like them much and the scent disappated…so I ended up taking those two back. I probably could’ve kept them (they weren’t horrible) but for almost $20 a lotion, I want to LOVE my lotion. So I kept the Coconut and the other one (Vanilla) which are two of my NEW favorites ever.

I am always looking for organic or natural skincare and body items. It is difficult to do, either they stink like crazy or just aren’t what I’m looking for. These fit the bill for me. They are thick enough (hence the name “cream) yet, not to watery like a lotion. They have durable, plastic bottles with pumps that do not get clogged. For the price, I would like a few more ounces, but hey, it is pretty decent-sized. The Coconut should be called FLUFFY, DECADENT COCONUT CREAM PIE because that’s what it smells like. It’s almost like I could eat my arm. I can smell the coconut shreds in the whipped fluff (like a pie). It’s delicious. I love the moisturizing properties as well. It soaks in nicely, not too oily and not to matte. It has great ingredients and feels like pure luxury. I should say the ingredients are top-notch so it makes it worth the price. The scent lasts for hours…no need for perfume. I love that it has no chemicals and no crazy cheap ingredients like mineral oil or cheap soy.

Organic ingredients: White tea, virgin coconut oil, cocoa & avocado butters, cabernet grapeseed, black currant, rose hip seed oils, vitamin E (a-tocopherol), vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), coconut milk, lavender honey wax, all-natural coconut aroma, extracts of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla, coconut, & grapefruit seed & natural food preservatives from salt & cranberries (less than 0.1% is sodium benzoate & potassium sorbate).

Since I’m into “foody” scented items, I feel truly blessed to find a good, organic brand that sells foody scents I love and I do not have to worry about it hurting my health, but in fact improving my skin and overall sense of well-being. I will not be without this stuff!
