I have naturally curly hair. When I say curly, I mean, tight ringlets that won’t budge. It’s true when they say that girls with curly hair wish they had straight hair, and girls with straight hair wish they had curly hair.

I had always tried straightening my hair when I was younger. I would become frustrated each time my hair wouldn’t straighten like all my best friend’s hair. I even went as far as to try an iron! I pretty much killed my hair. It wasn’t until long after high school that I was introduced to the chi flat iron.

It belonged to my roommate and I decided to give it a try. I wasn’t too hopeful, but I saw her hair and how straight and silky it was.

It amazed me how easy it was to run the straightener through my hair. I thought it would get all tangled, but because it straightened as I went through my hair, it was super easy. It straightened out my curls with no problem at all. I have really long and thick hair, so I thought I was going to be there for hours, but to my utter amazement it only took me 45 minutes.

When I was done my hair looked like it had always been straight. It was as if I was born with straight hair! There were no hints of curls at all. Even at the top of my head. It was nothing but silky straight hair. My ends didn’t look fried at all. It actually left my hair looking healthy and shiny.

I was addicted. I would straighten my hair all the time. One great thing about the Chi is that you can use it to make curls, too. It’s easy, too. When you’re straightening your hair, you simply twist the straightener to achieve the desired curls you want. Even though curls were what I was trying to get rid of, it was nice to have long straight hair with curled ends.

I liked how the Chi used a normal plug. It wasn’t one of those huge plugs. And it’s amazing how quickly it becomes hot. Within seconds its ready to use. It’s great for those quick touch ups before you leave the house.

The Chi flat iron is expensive, but when it comes to getting rid of my curls, nothing can be too expensive. They last a really long time, which is great, and makes it worth buying.

So, if you’re ready for a change, go buy a Chi flat iron and wow all your friends by turning your tight curl hairdo, into a sleek straight style!
