Bath & Body Works True Blue Spa Self Meditating Body Butter
I first tried True Blue Spa Body Butter when I had a coupon to receive a free trial size bottle for free with any purchase at Bath and Body Works. Since I had multiple of these coupons, my only regret was that I didn’t use all of them to get this body butter. The first thing you notice when you open the bottle is the lovely scent. It is not very strong, but it is sweet and lovely. It is a great scent for women who do not like strong musky floral scents, and also for guys who don’t mind having a nice scent. The scent is supposedly green tea, but I’m not exactly sure what green tea smells like. Basically, the scent is lovely and fresh.
Then you notice how smooth the body butter is. Unlike other body butters that can be really thick, this one is a lighter than most, but it is of course thicker than your average lotion. It is definitely lighter and fluffier than your average body cream. The body butter just sorta of glides onto your skin, and a little actually goes a very long way because it is so smooth you can just use a little dab and get all of your hands feeling smooth and smelling clean and fresh.
I have found the body butter to be moisturizing enough. If you want to go really hard core, you should use Cetaphil face cream, but as far as having a lovely and fresh scent of green tea with the moisturizing benefits, I think True Blue Spa’s body butter is the way to go.
Like other body butters Bath and Body Works sells, it is $15 for a tub. This is overpriced I believe, but you can make it worth your while by combining it with a coupon or buying it when it is buy 1 get 1 free.
